About our home

Our mountain home has a great location right in the town of Banff. Incredible views out the front door, peace and quiet all within walking distance of town. Banff is an incredible place to visit and our home offers easy access to all of the attractions and amenities.

You can comfortably stroll to the Bow River, Bow Falls and the historic Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. It's a quick drive to the Banff Gondola and the Banff Upper Hot Springs. We love the beautiful trails out the front door!

Our town is the perfect place to base yourself while visiting Banff National Park. Did you know? As well as Banff National Park, there is Kootenay National Park, Yoho National Park and Jasper National Park. All are within day tripping distance. The Canadian Rockies are famous for incredible mountain scenery: jagged peaks, turquoise lakes and glaciers draw visitors from around the world. Picture perfect places like Lake Louise and the Columbia Icefields are must-see destinations.

Our home is perfect for 2 couples or 1 couple with one child. Our house is in a quiet, central location and surrounded by green-space. As well, we've got a hot tub and BBQ in the backyard so you can also enjoy some relaxing.

The 2 bedrooms each have a Queen bed. The 3rd bedroom is an office/movie room with a pull-out couch. There are 2 half baths and one full bath. Our home is warm, cozy, clean and well kept. It has everything you need including a couple of loaner bicycles and a canoe for you to take out as well.

Currently, we are looking for a home to swap with from mid-September to mid-November in 2014 anywhere in North America or Mexico. It is also available for a non-simultaneous swap in the month of May and June.

We love smaller towns, with access to trails and the Great Outdoors. We have no particular place in mind, so give us an offer. We would also be open to a shorter exchange of a week or 2.

We are open to all conversations and would love for you to come enjoy our beautiful area. We truly live in paradise.
