About our home

My home is a 6 year old bunglow nestled snuggly on a quiet cul-de-sac in historic Marysville. It has 3 bedrooms a full bath and a large open concept living room/ kitchen area with a full counter and bar stools. The large windows make for a bright and cheery atmosphere.

Enjoy a BBQ on the back deck after a invigorating tennis game(adjcent to my property) or relaxing swim in the outdoor community pool or watch the sunset on a warm summer evening while the sound of children's laugher echos in the distance. Up for a bike ride or walk...the Trans Canada Trail is at the bottom of my street where you can go for miles and miles enjoying the multitude of folliage Fredericton boasts.
My home is equipped with new appliances(1 yr old) Fridge, stove, washer, dryer and dishwasher.
There is a lush green lawn out front as well as out back.
Patio doors invite you outside to the large deck where you can relax and enjoy the day. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming.
My home is located next to a Primary School and Pharmacy in the city. Just a 5 minute drive to downtown(or catch the bus at the bottom of my street)...where you can shop and explore the vibrant cultural experience Fredericton boasts.

My neighborhood is very well equipped with a Tim Hortons(coffee shop), 2 gas stations, a pharmacy and fire station all within walking distance. My home has neighbors to my right and across the street...none on the left(thats the school yard).
There is a bus stop right across from the Pharmacy/clinic at the bottom of my street. My street is a deadend street so you do not get a lot of traffic.
The Trans Canada Trail is also just a stones throw away...at the bottom of my street
If you enjoy walking or running you'll fall in love with the Trail system we have, especially along the "Green" in downtown Fredericton.
Enjoy the nightly outdoor free concerts, afternoon performances and the friendly hospitality Frederictonians are known for.
If you have children, you will love what this area has to offer.
My home is quaint, clean and smoke free in a very safe and friendly neighborhood....you won't be disappointed , that I guarantee :)

I am a single mom with a 17 year old daughter, Breanna.
We moved into our new home one year ago.
I teach Kindergarten at the Primary School next door to my home...Alexander Gibson Memorial School.
Along with my Teaching, I also volunteer my time to an International Organization, CISV (www.civ.org)Children's International Summer Villages. I am presently National Village Chair for CISV Canada. I have had the pleasure of participating in CISV programs all over the world-and my daughter has as well.
We are free spirited individuals, private in our own way, social, outgoing, energetic and adventurous.
We speak english and some french.( Fredericton is a bilingual city. )
I love to bike, swim, hike, explore, meet new people, learn about other cultures, and at the same time take pleasure in the simplicity of a sunset or sunrise.
I have a "Facebook" site if you would like to see pictures of my home-in and out-, friends, surrounding area..etc.
I feel like my home and home town is like a little piece of heaven.
It's not a bustling city by any means...more quaint and quiet with tree lines streets and a river that meanders though it, creating an idyllic place to sit nearby and just feel totally at peace ...it really is a little piece a heaven here.
