About our home

This comfortable, suburban 'home away from home' has all the modern conveniences. Our home has a large family room, den, formal dining room and living room as well as an office with wireless internet. The kitchen opens onto the family room with wood burning wood stove for cozy winter nites and garden doors to the outside deck for summer BBQs. The master bedroom has a shower enuite and there is a large family bathroom with double sink vanity. Cable TV is available in the family room, downstairs den and master bedroom. A relaxing backyard with deck and BBQ is adjoined to a fabulous wooded area.

Fredericton is the capital city of New Brunswick, the Picture Province. The only officially bi-lingual province in Canada (English and French) New Brunswick is one of Canada's four Atlantic Provinces. Here you are within short drives to the award-winning Kings Landing Historical Settlement or unique hand-made treasures in the Village of Gagetown, or fly fishing for salmon on the world-famous Miramichi River to name only a few of the activities that you will find nearby. Every Saturday in the downtown area you can stroll the 200+ stalls of our open market before heading out for a leisurely walk along the many walking trails along the St.John River; or perhaps play a round of championship golf at Golf Digest's best new course, Kingswood; or visit one of our many art galleries; or take in live entertainment at the Fredericton Playhouse... Fredericton is also a launching point to easily visit other wonders found only in New Brunswick (ever walked on the ocean floor?) or to other Maritime Provinces of Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia or to Quebec and the state of Maine. We are a professional couple looking forward for retirement in the very near future. We love to travel and will treat your home with care and respect.
