About our home

family home with private gardens and barbeque in central district of small town . home has 3 large bedrooms on three floors, modern kitchen, dining room, laundry, screened sunroom, living room with fireplace and antique furniture, hardwood and slate flooring with oriental carpets, powder room on first floor and four piece bathroom on second floor. private garden and barbeque area with lots of shade trees and perennial gardens. within 10 minute walk to downtown. use of jaguar estate wagon and two bikes included.

upscale treed neighbourhood with lovely stately homes and large gardens. mixture of seniors, and young families. quiet streets suitable for biking and walking. 10 minute walk to restaurants, shops, summer live theatre and movie theatre, farmers market on saturday, library. town is located one and a half hours north of toronto in lake district with swimming, boat cruises on trent/severn waterway, antiques, casinos, 9 golf courses within 15 minutes. two and a half hours to usa and niagara falls. lots of biking trails and scenic drives in area

english speaking only, couple with four children and eight wonderful grandchildren . two children in area . husband is real estate broker and wife is retired nurse. our interests include swimming, boating, golf, travelling, antiques, biking and walking.we love the outdoors. september is when we are able to travel, a lovely time to visit ontario, as our trees are changing colour and the weather is great. it is still warm enough for any activities.
