About our home

Our house has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms and was built in 2005. The main floor is mostly an open plan with a familiy room, a dining room and a spacious kitchen with an eating area. There is an access to the terrace and backyard from the kitchen. On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms: 2 children bedrooms, 1 baby bedroom and the master bedroom with a King size bed. There is also a large bathroom with separate shower and tub. In the basement, there is the garage and a multifunctional room (family room/office/guest bedroom..) with a sofa-bed where 2 persons can sleep and a bathroom. Outside, there is a fenced backyard with a play centre for the children.

We live in a quiet part of Montreal called Ahuntsic. Within walking distance from the house, you can find a park with playgrounds and soccer fields, a commercial street with lots of boutiques and restaurants, another park with nature trails and pic-nic areas and an easy access to public transportation. There is also a cycling path nearby. Highways 15 ,40 and 20 are easy to reach from the house which can be really useful if you want to visit our province. Downtown and Old Montreal are about 30 minutes away either by public transportation or car.

We both are pharmacist in our 30's. We have 3 children: 2 boys (ages 3 and 5) and a baby girl. We speak french, english and vietnamese.
