About our home

Our home is a five bedroom house in a quiet subdivision located in the Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia. There are four levels with the kitchen, living, and dining room on the main level. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, a main bathroom with tub/shower and an ensuite bathroom with stand-up shower. The lower levels contain a half bath, 2 bedrooms, playroom, and storage. The house sits on a corner lot and has a large hard with a swingset in the backyard, and a shed containing 2 adult bikes, 1 child (princess) bike, a bike seat for a child, and a bike trailer for 2 children. There is also a playground and small soccer field within a two minute walk, and stores/shops are a very short drive, bus ride, or about a 20 minute walk.

The area is full of farmers markets, wineries, beautiful views, hiking, and scenic drives. You are a short drive to the beautiful town of Wolfville, which houses Acadia University and within 1 hour driving you can find the city of Halifax, the world famous Peggy's Cove lighthouse, whale watching, beaches, and surfing.

There are also 4 golf courses within a 20 minute drive from the house as well as several world famous courses within a few hours drive, such as Cabot Links (http://cabotlinks.com/)

Our house makes a perfect home base from which to explore the beauty of Nova Scotia. We are only minutes from the highway but you'd never think it. From here, you could explore the beautiful Cape Breton island, or Prince Edward Island, or hop on a ferry into New Brunswick. The options are endless.
