About our home

Lovely and comfortable custom build oceanside home surrounded by beautiful old growth forrest park and sandy beaches. Parksville is a small resort community know for its expansive sandy warm beaches. There are warm lakes to swim in during the summer and alpine skiing within an hours drive to play in the snow during Dec-March. World renowned Old growth forests with 800 year old Douglas Fir trees (some of the oldest and largest trees in the world) are only a 20 minute drive.

Central Vancouver Island is a vacation paradise for nature lovers. There are great mountain or lovely waterfall hikes within easy day trips. Listen to the sea lions from the house and watch bald eagles sore overhead. House sits directly across from renowned bird sanctuary all in a quite neighbourhood tucked away from the larger resorts.

Are house sits only 150 meters an exceptionally clean sandy beach.
There are two kayaks, 4 bikes, and 2 paddle boards for your usage to make use of the calm ocean that surrounds you.

At 32,000 sq km/12,355 sq mi Vancouver Island is the largest North American island in the Pacific Ocean, and is one of 6,000 islands in British Columbia. It is 460km/285mi in length and 100km/62mi in width at its widest point, with a coastline length of 3,400km/2,138mi.
