About our home

Whether you're looking for quaint, cozy and quirky or big lights and cosmopolitan adventures, our home is the perfect launching point for all that Toronto and Southern Ontario has to offer. Our home is newly-built in keeping with the character of the Beach. 4 well-appointed bedrooms (plus extra space downstairs), 5 bathrooms, 2 with air jet tubs, incredible gourmet kitchen, walk out deck off third floor bedroom for sunning, French porch with chairs for reading or coffee, Juliette balcony off master bedroom. Fully air conditioned (it does get hot here in July/August!) HD tv in main living room, and master bedroom, plus large tv in playroom in basement. Basement also has a convertible sofa for more sleeping and loads of toys and dvd players, movies and video games. Washer/dryer in laundry room. WiFi through out house. Cleaner/babysitter available at cost of $15.00 Canadian/hr. She has been with us as a nanny for 12 years and I obviously trust her with my first (and second and third) born!! We have an enclosed trampoline in the fenced yard and there are several bicycles, roller blades, skateboards, hockey sticks, etc. in the shed for your use.

Urban home in Beach area of Toronto. 5 minute walk to internationally recognised Blue Flag standard beach, playgrounds, parks, tennis courts, lawn bowling, roller blading and bike paths. Lovely to stroll on Queen Street East's boutiques and restaurants. 10 minute drive to downtown Toronto and all it has to offer (CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Air Canada Centre, Ontario Place, Art Gallery of Ontario, Royal Ontario Museum, Four Seasons Opera and Ballet, Princess of Wales and Royal Alex Theatres, etc, etc, etc). Family-oriented neighbourhood with lots of children and dogs about! Public transit easily accessible on Queen Street as well.
