We have recently restored and upgraded this 3 storey 1930s home to be an ideal family and entertaining home. It is perfect for a family looking for access to downtown Vancouver and the surrounding areas. It has a fenced in back yard with deck, barbecue and a swing set for the kids. The home is geek friendly and features the fastest residential Internet speeds in the country (100 Mbps) and has AppleTV/flatscreens on each floor so you can get your Netflix fix. Upstairs features a master bedroom with king bed and two kids bedrooms with twin beds. The basement features two additional bedrooms (Queen and Double) as well as a living area , 2nd kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen and main bath feature heated slate floors to keep your toes warm. We have a wonderful cleaner who comes once a week to keep the house in order as well as regular landscaping service. We have two vehicles and could be open to having these available for your stay. Kitsilano is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Vancouver and is just a few minutes from downtown and UBC. Well equipped for kids, the house is a 5 minute walk to several parks, shopping & restaurants, as well as loads of other amenities, and a 5 minute drive to a number of beaches including Kitsilano Beach, Spanish Banks (and the famous Wreck Beach for the clothing averse.)
