About our home
Very bright apartment with one of the best views of Shanghai.
Located in a great compound. One of the best locations in Shanghai to explore the city by foot, Fuxing Road crossing Shanxi Road, 3 minutes walking to the subway and from the shopping street Huaihai Lu.
In the backyard the trendy Yongkang Road, kind of Nolita spirit in Shanghai. You have a butcher with imported cuts and cheeses, boulangerie, wine shops, sushi, pizza place, healthy sandwiches delivery, imported beers, fish and chips, massages, you can even do your nails for 20 USD in less than 150 sm street.
The apartment is located in the 20th floor. It has 220 sm with 4 bedrooms (one of them converted into a closet) great living room, 2 bathrooms, terrace, fully equipped kitchen and pantry area.
The 75 sm living room with stunning views of Shanghai and a small terrace has a 55 inches TV, oppo DVD with Bowers and Wilkings & Denon Stereo system.
We have a collection of more than 1500 DVDs, so you won't be bored if you decide to stay at home.
We have several pieces of art deco furniture and the apartment is warm and relaxed.
The main room has a bathroom in suite and 42 inches LCD screen also with DVD.
The fully equipped Kitchen has an independent pantry with storage area: drier, washing machine and toilet.
Our maid comes 3 hours monday to Saturday, so you will not need to clean up while we are away.
