Our 9500 sq. ft. Spanish Colonial Villa was completed just last year, after five years of construction. The house occupies the prime point in a gated and secured community with both Pacific Ocean and white water coastal views. It has been featured in several magazines including the cover of Costa Rica's version of Architectural Digest. The master bedroom is almost a 1000 sq. ft. itself, occupying the entire top floor with it's own small stone pool and cave shower and a Tempur-Pedic bed. There are four additional bedrooms, 2 of which have their own private balconies. Each bedroom either has a king, queen, or twins that can be configured as kings. There is air conditioning throughout the house. The family room has a flat screen TV with satellite. The outdoor veranda is 100 feet long and mirrors the interior space both with seating area, dining tables for 12 persons, and kitchen areas. The indoor kitchen has gourmet facilities. In addition, there is a stone wine cellar and a custom 12 person movie theater. The pool is 20x50 ft and is all blue-green glass tile matching the color of the ocean, which is overlooked by the infinity edge. The pool also has built-in tile chaise lounges and a swim up bar. A management company oversees the house and staff and offers full concierge services which are included. Also, there is a live-in housekeeper on the premises 24 hours a day, whose services as well as laundry are included. Other services are available at the house at extra charge including trained chef, massage therapy, facials, manicures/pedicures, and yoga classes. There is a surf school and charter bill-fishing boats on the beach in front of the house. The area is away from the crowds, yet offers wonderful restaurants and all the usual tourist activities including zip lines, bird watching, whale watching, ocean kayaking, horseback riding, surfing, hang gliding, ATV tours, hiking,etc.
