About our home

Our house features a stunning view of the San Ramon valley and Costa Rica's second highest mountain. It's an open design with very high ceilings, large windows, two patios, a balcony and upstairs family room. The freshest, cleanest water you will ever drink comes from our own natural spring. The house is at 4,000 ft. elevation so temperatures are always between 65-85F year around.

The property is a little over 7 acres; about half forest and the rest in bananas and coffee. The neighborhood is peaceful and just 3 km from the Pan-American highway and only 15 minutes to San Isidro de El General, a large city. It's only an hour's drive to the beach. Internet is 2Mb/s.
