Cross "Langebro" (long bridge) 2 min away, and you're right in the city centre with the longest pedestrian shopping street in Europe. Take the Metro from the doorstep, travel 10 minutes - and you're in "Oerestaden" surrounded by some of the newest and most interesting Danish architecture (Google Oerestaden). 15 min away by metro is the newly refurbished beach park (Google Amager Strandpark). If you're into longer trips, take the family car and explore for yourself. For example "Dragoer" 20 min away, or maybe head north to "Tisvildeleje".
