About our home

We are looking to swap with someone from new York Manhattan area preferred
Brief description

Very nice and bright 100 sqm apartment in the heart of Copenhagen, close to attractions, yet located in a quiet street.

The apartment has: Entrance, living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, combined Toilet/bath with shower and kitchen.

In addition the apartment contains the following facilities:

Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, DVD and stereo. There is a launderette 200 meters from the apartment.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor in a building with no lift.

Bedroom 1: 2 single beds joined together as a double bed: 2x 90 x 200 cm

The neighborhood

We welcome you to our apartment in the heart of Copenhagen. Here you can do you shopping at Stroget, one of the world’s longest pedestrian shopping streets, with a lot of International and Danish brands. The area also has a large number of historical attractions such as the Round Tower, the former stock exchange, the Christiansborg castle and Nyhavn. If you want to relax like the locals, visit the old Latin Quarter which houses a lot of small trendy shops and cozy cafes such as Robert’s Coffee. Or visit the Tivoli Gardens, the old amusement park from 1843, placed in the very center of the city. Besides from the many rides, the Tivoli gardens also have a number of gourmet restaurants such as Nimb and the Paul. For the market lovers, a visit in Torvehallerne, Copenhagen’s newly established gastronomy market, is a must. Here you can buy fresh fish, delicacies, fruit and gourmet chocolate. For a breath of fresh air, the Botanical garden is worth a visit.
