About our home

The first floor is the living area with direct access to a terrace, garden and 15 meter swimming pool. It is not a modern flat but very efficient and the first floor is 40 square meters and the sleeping area is 60 square meters. The apartment next to us has access to their property via our pathway and there is another apartment above us. Our garden is private but not fenced. The total number of apartments in the Villa is 6 and the busiest months are July and August. There is a staircase ( 12 steps) leading down to the sleeping area where there are three bedrooms and a bathroom - it sleeps 5 people. For safety we have a baby gate closing off the staircase. Therefore it is child friendly and we also have 2 cribs. We have a TV, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, a training bicycle and a parking place. We are a 10 minute walk from either the beaches in Antibes or those of Juan Les Pins. Cleaner available on request.
