About our home

This small private 3 story apartment complex is in the prestigious Croix des Gardes area of Cannes 2km (15min walk or 5min bus ride) from the famous Croisette and Cannes town centre with Nice airport a 20 minutes drive. The beach, mainline train station and La Bocca village with its daily market are all 5 mins walk. The apartment enjoys views over the Bay of Cannes and the mature communal gardens. The complex has its own parking, electric security gates, communal swimming pool and sauna.

Access to our 1st floor apartment is by elevator, stairs or exterior private pathway from the parking area. The apartment is our holiday home for the past 4 years and has been completely renovated by ourselves with all mod cons. It has 1 double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a kids room with double sofa-bed. The living room also incorporates a dining area. The apartment is air conditioned and heated throughout.

Outside is our own small private landscaped garden and large veranda with dining table, couches and sun loungers. There is also a BBQ and table tennis.
