Our recently renovated 80 sqm apartment is located on the top (7th) floor of a 19th century building in the 17th arrondissement of Paris.
It has 2 bedrooms (master & kids), 2 bathrooms (1 bath & 1 shower), 1 living/dining room and a small fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is very comfortable and bright, with modern 20th century furniture.

Our apartment is ideally located from walking distance to the Champs Elysées, Arc de Triomphe and Bois de Boulogne. The neighborhood is a perfect balance of residential and shopping streets with some of the best restaurants in Paris and a typical renowned "marché" (rue Poncelet). Nearby buses and metro stations provide easy access to any place in the Paris area.
