For Swapping: Main level w. master suite and double sized jacuzzi, living room w fireplace, dining room seating 8/10, outdoor dining room seating 10/12, kitchen w table seating 8/10, laundry, guest lavatory, barbecue and wood burning bread/pizza oven; first floor has 2 double bedrooms with king beds and ensuite baths and a twin bedroom with double beds and ensuite bathroom; piano in hall. Property also has lower level with a self contained apartment, not used for swapping, and there is an annex with a king bedroom and an office, also not used for swapping. Cypress, pine, olive, green oak and linden trees; bougainvillia, lavender, thyme, jasmine, verbena, citronnelle, plumbago, agapanthe, etc.; Citrus trees yielding kumquats, oranges and lemons; Fruit trees yielding raisins, apricots, figs, grapes, peaches and pomegranates; Vegetable garden yielding tomatoes, cucumbers, courgettes, watermelons etc. Our caretakers include a gourmet chef (Lebanese is his specialty, but he can prepare anything) who will shop, cook, serve and clean up at an additional charge.
Although ours is a large home, for swapping, we prefer no more then 6 people. That way staff can give proper service without being overburdened. Additional guests are a possibility at an additional charge.
