The Villa is set in a prestigious development, minutes from the popular towns of Lindos and Pefkos with sea and mountain views. The nearest beach is 850m. The villa is air-conditioned throughout and is a highly equipped spacious home to enjoy. Bedroom 1 with double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, fold away cot, en-suite and rooftop terrace. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds and a linking balcony. Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds and linking balcony. All bedrooms have bedside cabinets and wardrobes.

There is a ground floor toilet with sink, a first floor toilet with jacuzzi bath and shower with twin sinks, fully tiled and a second floor toilet and shower (en-suite to master bedroom), fully tiled.

The villa has a well equipped kitchen for full family catering includes an oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, plus all cooking and dining utensils.

The living room includes a hard wearing luxury Italian leather sofa, fun brightly coloured bean bags (a hit with 'big' and small kids), a futon (converts to double bed), TV and DVD player, music player, low level coffee table.

The villa has its own fully maintained pool with a large patio area complete with sun loungers. There is a pergola for shade and teak outdoor furniture for dining.

Quality bedlinen, hand/face and bath towels are provided. The villa is cleaned before each stay, bedlinen and towels changed weekly. Any additional cleaning/changes are available on request, payable locally. NB. beach towels are not included. The nearest sandy beach is approximately 850m away but the closest good safe swimming is found at Lindos beaches starting with St. Pauls cove (1.5km). Pefkos and Lindos are 2 minutes by car. A championship golf course is available at Afandou approx 25 minutes by car.

It is easy to travel around the island as there is a good network of roads allowing easy access. Driving is of a good standard and, outside of Rhodes town, there is little traffic. For travel without your own car there is a bus stop at the bottom of the villa road giving access to a good bus network and there are many fixed price taxis.

The villa is approx 40 minutes away from the airport where you can collect your hire car or take one of the many taxis available. The villa is easy to find (directions plus hire car information will be given with booking confirmation). Car hire can be arranged during your stay with companies a few minutes from the villa. Car hire for the week is approx 140 euros, a taxi from the airport to the villa 40 euros. If hiring a car don't forget to take your license (both parts).
