Architect designed split levels hillside home 2700 sqf with 3 bedrooms 2 baths with all amenities plus about 1000 sqf outdoor living veranda and deck .home is private with gated entry . Ocean is close and can be seen from our deck, garden and several windows , private pool with wood deck and pool house , the perfect spot for a evening drink! . it is an indoor-outdoor living home ! Home is tastefully furnished with a southern beach creole atmosphere with mahogany furniture . hight speed internet wit DSL , family room large screen plasma TV /VCR/DVD/BLU R/DVIX ( with a collection of movies for the whole family ) with prologic sound/satellite/Cable TV . CD player in bedrooms, ( QB top quality matress ) Gourmet kitchen granite countertops and all appliances included Nespresso machine,artisan food processor etc... I love cooking so you can find everything to prepare a gourmet meal . I am slow food adept and I love to go at the farmer market and cook the local food: local fish , vegetables and fruits are delicious and cheaper .
but if you don't cook there have many great restaurants in the island .
you will enjoy a breakfastat at the veranda with french croissant and good expresso (local coffe is delicious) with a lot of tropical birds around you !
outdoor dinning room for 6. All bedrooms have air conditioning. IMac available , WIFI access throughout house you can bring your laptop and Ipod with Itouch Bose speaker

We are in exclusive area walking distance to severals beaches and beautiful hiking pastoral trails .

we have a guest cottage behind the property with private gate , no adjoining wall available for non simultaneous exchange ( 2 peoples max )
the property is fully gated with interphone and automatic door for more privacy
Pet care : we have 2 old ladies dogs we prefer stay at home during the trade , very sweet and sleep on the veranda never go in the bedrooms we would be glad take care of your pet .
Guadeloupe is a beautiful island no gated touristic resorts ( if you like that it is probably not for you ) very developed for local people all roads are in good conditions and free access for all beaches , huge supermarket with french /local product .if you like pristine beaches , rain forest , volcano Guadeloupe is your destination !
We do several swaps per year US anytime ,Europe summer , spring or fall but sorry not at xmas time . Open to other destinations , try us !
