About our home

The villa was built 7 years ago and is in a beautiful gated development with 12 other houses. It has a large shared pool, gym and 24 hour security. The villa is set in beautiful maintained gardens and the complex overlooks paddy fields and countryside. The local community is very friendly and helpful. There are many shops. restaurants and bars within a short walking distance of the villa. The beach is a 8 minute stroll away. The villa has a maid who looks after the place.

Buzzy restaurants: Stone House Restaurant, live jazz, in Lonely Planet Guide.
Cool bars: Too many to chose from
Cozy cafés: There are many cafes that serve tea, coffee and cakes.
Retail therapy: There are markets on the beach and the capital Panjim is close by
Bit of culture: Spice plantations, Old Goa, Beautiful Portuguese churches and houses to see.
Walks in the park: There are miles and miles of beautiful beaches near by and some are still unspoilt by tourism
Spot of exercise: We have a small gym and the beach for jogging
Day tripping: Old Goa, spice plantations, churches and Fort Aguada.
