River, forest walks and golf are all available in the immediate area. In winter, walks on the beach and surrounding countryside can be followed by a relaxing evening in front of a beautiful log fire or some pampering in the impressive Oceo spa and gym at Seafield.

A short drive from the property you will find angling, boating, tennis, horse and greyhound racing, as well as the many historical visitor centres in the county. The town of Gorey is 5 minutes drive and has larger supermarkets, boutiques and other specialist shops, pubs and restaurants. There are also a variety of traditional pubs within the immediate area of Ballymoney.
