Our modern stylish apartment was individually designed by a famous interior designer who revamped and styled the place to always look and feel the open space and minimal beauty whilst being friendly and comfy at the same time. We have an ensuite bathroom in the main bedroom and a family bath for the kids as well as a seperate guest toilet. The baby room has a spair bed for an extra child as well as a quiet study to do your work at any time during the day. The apartment has a view of the sea and a nice sized balcont where you can have your breakfast over a quiet pedestrian boulevard with no cars. There are two parking spaces. The building is 5 floors, very quiet friendly neighbours and a large lift with a ramp for the baby's pram. It is a 5 min walk from the beach with plenty of playgrounds for children to play in within walking distance and promenards to walk with the pram as well as 8 min walk to local shopping mall. There is a great coffee shop open from morning till evening downstairs with a bakery, butcher, hairdrssor, beautician and mini supermarket as well as a bank right downstairs tucked away so you can ony hear the children playing downstairs and no other noise.
