The Arthouse 'La Villa Scatola', an original 100 year old country house artistically restored in 2004 , is located in the magnificent 'Le Marche' countryside between sunflowers and peaceful rolling hills. The private villa-apartment is on 2 levels, has 2 private entrances and a dining & relaxing area in the garden (3000 sq.m.) with a small (but refreshing!) round pool 4,6mx4,6mx90cm. The 3 bedrooms, each with their own theme, boasts their own beautiful view over the enchanting hills and fields - Desert Room with queen bed, Baccus' Room with queen bed, & Blue Room with twin beds and a cot. The house has 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with a claw foot bathtub), 1 kitchen fully decked out and the large lounge with a cosy atmosphere & separate dining area.
'La Villa Scatola' is situated alone, on top of a small hill, only 35 min. from the Conero Riviera, a natural reserve famous for its beaches and pristine waters. Only a mere 5-7 mins away from a beautiful water park ,traditional restaurants, banks, shops, supermarkets etc. In neighbouring medieval villages you will find weekly traditional markets and few km away the historical cities of Macerata (varying opera & arts festivals), Jesi, Treia, Osimo & Recanati.
