About our home

Orfeo is a restored farmhouse set in the hills between Lucca and the Versilia coast. It has a large pool (12x6m) surrounded by 7 hectares of olive groves and woods. It looks both ways along a beautiful unspoilt valley with wonderful views especially to be enjoyed either from the pool or on the terrace at sundown. Pisa is 40 minutes away, Florence is 60, the seaside is 40 minutes away and Lucca town centre is just 15 minutes.
The house is laid out on 3 floors and has been decorated in typical Lucchesia style with old terracotta floor tiles, coloured walls and wooden furniture.
