All custom cabinetry and modern appliances were just recently installed. To this, add a brand new bathroom custom designed with Italian tiles clear up to the ceiling, containing a sink, a bidet, a WC and a shower.

The living room is decorated with brightly colored contemporary Italian furniture, and is complete with PLASMA high-definition satellite TV, plus stereo for your listening pleasure.

Unlimited Broadband Internet access and unlimited telephone service are free, from me to you. This includes free telephone service to and from the United States and Canada. And for those of you who hate dragging your laptop from city to city, I have installed a new state of the art desktop computer, complete with an HP printer/scanner/copier.
