About our home

Our truly beautiful and secluded country villa is located in the unspoiled Umbrian hills. The fully local stone exposed country house and large private swimming pool are located in the middle of a green area consisting of a fully irrigated maturing garden and active olive grove. The property is entirely privately positioned and has a large living room, a fully-equipped handmade kitchen with large stove, three large bedrooms (sleeps 6), two bathrooms (one of which is ensuite) and a stone exposed wine cellar. All furnishings and linens are to a very high standard and we pride ourselves on the cleanliness of the villa. A large porch enjoys spectacular views to the towns of Panicale, Piegaro, Citta della Pieve and Lake Trasemino, with the Tuscan mountains providing a spectacular backdrop. This is a perfect holiday spot for those looking for a rural retreat. The house is also a great base for exploring Tuscany (the towns of Assisi and Siena are only an hour’s drive away), and Rome and Florence are also within easy reach.
