“We wished we had been able to spend more time with Mischa and Bianca. What a treat it was to have a lovely visit with them. The up stairs suite was stylish and comfortable and the rooftop terrace was beautiful. ”

“We had the most lovely stay and Mischa and Bianca's place! They were warm, welcoming and willing to help us with any recommendations we needed. The apartment is comfortable, clean and well designed. The roof was a wonderful place to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset! The bed is extremely comfortable! It is centrally located in The Hague within walking distance to everything. We look forward to coming back!!! ”
“We had such a great stay here. The photos don't do it justice. Lovely, top floor apartment with rooftop views. The bed is VERY comfy. There's a great table to sit at and plan your day over a coffee (which is provided, along with other essentials). We ate out but there's everything you need... hob, fridge, coffee machine (whoops... I've mentioned this twice... but it's the simple things that make a stay even more enjoyable) and dishwasher. The shower is fab. Lots of room for getting ready, relaxing and suitcases... for a studio apartment it's very spacious. The rooftop terrace is wonderful... watching the sunset with a glass of wine up here is a must. We were visiting friends who live here... they're leaving for America this week and we only wish we'd found this place years ago! (Mischa - we knocked on a couple of doors to say goodbye and to thank you, but nobody was in. Thank you for a wonderful stay!)”
“What a brilliant place! We were warmly welcomed by Mischa and his wife. Parking is free a short distance from the house. The apartment is brilliant: it is immaculately clean and has lovely design features, including an ultra-modern bath and separate shower. Everything was provided to make us comfortable: tea, Netspresso machine with capsules, bottle of wine etc. The bed is roomy, warm and very comfortable - it even has controls that allow it to be adjusted electrically. The apartment has great views on 3 sides and is quiet (a good place to work, and sleep). All necessary equipment is provided including a fridge, cooker, crockery, cutlery etc. The wide-screen TV is great and has HDMI sockets to plug in one's own devices. The location of the apartment is easy walking distance from the maze of oldest streets where there are many excellent bars and little restaurants/cafés. Unlike parts of Amsterdam these were full of locals - making the atmosphere genuinely Dutch! The town has three main museums (again withing walking distance) that any art-lover must visit: the Mauritshuis (the palace has been recently re-opened after a brilliant refurbish - where you can see Vermeer's Girl with a Pearl Earring, the Goldfinch, and many other magnificent pictures: Rembrandt, Holbein etc), and The Escher museum (in another palace). There is also the Gemeentmuseum - for modern art & design (including Mondriaan). A short tram ride gets you to the beach - miles of fine sand and a good place for a walk by the sea. Overall an excellent apartment in a town that is really worth visiting (it also has an very good shopping centre, cinemas with English-language films etc).”
