About our home

Our stunning beachfront home was built in 2006. Located on a beautiful part of Mount Manganui beach, the water is only 50 meters away. With a surf patrol nearby swimming is very safe. With a golf course across the road and shopping, bars and restaurants only five minutes away there is something for everyone. The house has a fabulous outdoor area with a huge fireplace allowing alfresco dining for most of the year. The gourmet kitchen would keep any chef happy. Four luxurious bathrooms feature full tiling glass showers and a deep spa bath with beautiful views across the beach and surf. This is the perfect spot for surfing/kitesurfing /boogie boarding with a surf life saving team ensuring all are safe. With the geothermal lake region of Rotorua less than an hour away touring of some of New Zealands most unique features is a breeze.
