About our home

Karaka Bay is a relatively exclusive area of Wellington, situated close to the Harbour entrance and the seaside vilage of Seatoun. Our beautiful home is a classical Victorian Villa, regarded by most as the preeminent home and location in the bay. Located next to the Seatoun Village, it is close to all key amenities and a mere 15-20 minute drive to the City Centre. Car available with the swap.
