About our home

Our family home built in 2008 is a light and spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath (sleeps 7) house in a quiet street close to woods, golf course, trails and with a stunning view of the countryside. Deer often walk past our house in the early mornings. Kids play outside in the street or just behind the house in the woods.
Sola is a small town close to Stavanger (15 min drive). Sola is known for
it´s great beaches for walks, jogging or surfing (but usually it´s too cold to enjoy beach life more than a few wonderful days every summer).

Our family love outdoor life and in the Stavanger region you are almost spoilt for choice: Biking, hiking, rock climbing, walks, sailing, canoing. Our garage is well equipped with gear, so we can always agree what you would like to borrow.

A good brasserie close by at the local golf course, but otherwise we recommend a short car ride to neighboring towns of Stavanger and Sandnes for restaurants, pubs, night life and entertainment.

The airport is less than 10 min away with connections to all major international destinations.

Garcia (Sola Golf Course), Tango, Hall Toll and many more

Walks in the park
Hiking trails just outside the door, and more than 100 day hikes starting within a 10-50 min drive either at the seaside, mountains, lakes or city.
