About our home

Villa Bela Vista (Beautiful View) is a Villa that really lives up to its name, with a beautiful, panoramic view to the sea, across Salgados Golf course. The villa is new, in beautiful condition, fully air conditioned and is located at the end of a cul de sac, on the hillside overlooking Vale de Parra. It is a quiet area but within two minutes walk of two restaurants and a bar and is a five minute safe walk to the local Village .The villa is very child friendly, with a pool fence and stair gates. There is an alarm system and 3 safes, and the property is totally enclosed by walls with gates. The large swimming pool (11m x 5m) has roman steps and can be heated . The pool is surrounded by a large terrace. There is a brick built BBQ .
