Access to the first floor can be gained via the garage. Otherwise there is a side staircase that leads you to the first floor and the front door.

On the first floor there is an open plan lounge and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and the scullery has upmarket appliances. The lounge has a plasma screen, dvd player, dstv and surround sound. There is also a games room with pool table. The 3 stacking folding doors of the kitchen, dining and games room open up onto the undercover patio with the wooden deck. There is a built-in braai, rim-flow swimming pool and an undercover Jacuzzi. There is also a guest bathroom that serves the ground floor. 1 of the 4 bedrooms is situated on the ground floor and has a full en-suite bathroom.
