About our home
We feel like living in a house in the middle of Barcelona. We enjoy of wonderful park and mountain views from our top floor attic (9th floor-we do have elevator) and a lot of sunlight (we do have air conditioning) in the middle of a lively, safe and high standing neighborhood.
330 sft flat + 50 sft of terrace facing west (100 m2 + 15 m2).
You can get to Passeig de Gracia, where two of the Gaudi's most important architectural wonders are by a nice 20 minute walk along the lovely Diagonal Avenue or walk 5 minutes to the nearest subway station and in 8 minutes you are there.
