My beautiful tranquil villa is in the private prestigious gated village of El Rosario, renovated to a high standard and sitting in a large garden with its own private pool and lush vegetation. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, air conditioning in the three bedrooms for the hot summer nights and central heating and a wood burner for the cooler winter nights. The terrace runs the length of the villa overlooking the pool and garden with a bbq, dining table and chairs and an overhead extendable canopy. Two bedrooms open onto the terrace. All furnishings and linens are to a high standard and I pride myself on the cleanliness of the villa. We are within a five minute walk of four restaurants, coffee shops, a newsagent, supermarket and tennis club that is open to non members. We are surrounded by golf clubs and a two minute drive to the beach. Perfectly located for sightseeing to Rhonda, Gibraltar, Seville or a short ferry trip to Morrocco. Or simply sitting in the Orange Square in the lovely Old Town section of Marbella.
