This apartment is perfect for a relaxing holiday on the Mediterranean and is located just 1 km from the center of Peñiscola, in easily one of the prime spots in this popular town.

The attractive development consists of only 16 apartments located within 50 meters of the sea, and boasts a large swimming pool and garden area with sea views.

If you want to relax you have a private garden and two large terraces at your disposal, and the sound of the waves will lull you to sleep, or form the perfect backdrop to meals on the terrace while you admire the castle and the changing colours of the sea and the sky.

You have beautiful coves within a 2 minute walk, and the town and blue flag beaches of Peñiscola are a 3 minute drive or bus journey away.

Also on your doorstep is the National park which is within walking distance of the apartment and a championship golf course is only a 20 minute drive away.

This is a very special front line apartment which is divided into two levels with nothing obstructing your perfect views.

LOWER LEVEL: Garden and large lower terrace with excellent sea views. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen and washing machine in utility room. Sofa bed in living room for 2 people and downstairs toilet.

UPPER LEVEL: 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a complete and spacious bathroom. The large upper terrace can be accessed from both bedrooms and gives breathtaking views of the castle of Peñiscola as well as across the sea.

WHAT TO DO IN THE AREA

The sandy, idyllic, blue flag beaches of Peñiscola are 1 km away (a 3 min ride on the air conditioned bus) and cater for everyone whether you want to relax and sunbathe or take part in the wide range of water sports on offer.

Quieter secluded coves are just a walking distance away from the apartment.

One Km to the old town of Peñiscola with its medieval streets and selection of restaurants, bars and shops.

The Sierra de Irta National Park is on your doorstep for lovely walks, mountain biking or horse riding.

The championship golf course designed by Bernard Langer is only a 20 minutes drive away. There is also Sergio Garcias home course in Castellon around 35 minutes away.

Port Adventura by Univeral Studios makes a great day out for the family and is only an hour away.

Boat trips and diving/snorkeling trips are on offer, including a visit to the famous Columbrette Islands.

The Ebro Delta is around 20 minutes drive and offers a great day out to see the amazing landscape or for cycling, walking, fishing, birdwatching or water sports.

Visit famous cities: Barcelona 2 hours away, Valencia and Tarragona both 1 hour away.
