About our home
The villa is situated in a quiet residential area just a few minutes drive from Pollensa old town and about 30 minutes drive from Palma. Pollenca and the coastal towns of Porto Pollenca, Alcudia and Cala San Vicente, with fine beaches are all within 15 minutes drive.
There are many Restaurants within a few minutes drive.
The 276 sqm house has 3 bedrooms with en suites and a 4th bedroom with a WC and wash basin. The main living area is open plan. There is Wi fi and a 42'' TV with Freeview channels.
The interior is finished in modern style, whilst the exterior retains some characteristics of original Mallorcan architecture.
