Casa Lila, a modern-style villa, is situated in a well-maintained private and gated complex, which share a solar-heated swimming pool. Set just back from the sea, the villa is laid out over three levels. The ground floor has the entrance to the villa, at the rear of the south-facing private terrace, leads into a light and airy lounge overlooking the terrace and outdoor dining area. Cosy and homely, it is well-furnished and has a TV, Basic Satellite, DVD and CD player. Adjoining the lounge is a fitted kitchen, complete with cooker, electric hob, microwave, fridge and toaster. This level also features a separate dining room with seating for six, built-in cupboards for extra storage and a bathroom with shower and WC.

Outside, the south-facing terrace, which has pleasant views to the swimming pool and decked relaxation area, sun loungers, BBQ and solid wood furniture for al fresco dining. There is also a garage.

On the first floor the bright and spacious master bedroom has a double bed, dressing area and a south-facing balcony with swimming pool and sea views. There is a large en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, WC and washbasin. A further bedroom has twin beds and built-in wardrobes.

In the basement there is a playroom with a ping-pong table, as well as a utility area with a washing machine, patio drying area and storage space for water sports equipment.
