Charming, secluded villa in Pine Hills in south-west of Ibiza, 5 minutes drive from the beach. Recently renovated, it has several terraces and its own 15m infinity pool. Beautiful 270 degree view of sea and islands from upper floors. This recently renovated large villa, located in Cala Moli in the municipality of San José, south-west of the island, consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a separate guest house. It has a living area of 350sq.m over 3 levels, a garden, parking area, several terraces and its own 15m infinity pool. On the upper floors, it has a beautiful 270 degree view onto the sea and the Esparta, Bledas and Conejera islands and benefits from fantastic sunsets. Total plot of 3,000sq.m. Cala Vadella, Cala Moli and Cala D'Hort, some of the finest beaches on the island, are a stones throw away. The main villa and guest house, set in its own garden, is totally private and secluded. The main house boasts a charming tower, made of traditional Ibicencan stone, housing the master bedroom and en-suite. A large terrace off it offers superb views of the sea and nearby islands. All the bedrooms and living area benefit from air-conditioning. The outdoor covered porch houses a barbecue area.

There are 5 bedrooms - 3 in the main house and 2 in the guest house.Air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and the living room. Three of the bedrooms and two are twin. The bedrooms in the guesthouse are not appropriate for small children as there is an iron spiral staircase that leads down from the living room to the guest bedroom on the floor below.

There are 3 bathrooms and 1 shower room: 1 en-suite bathroom off the master bedroom, 1 separate bathroom and 1 separate shower room in the main house. 1 separate bathroom in guest house.

The living room has 3 sofas and 2 chairs, accommodating 10 people. Dining room with table and chairs for 10 people. Separate outside porch/barbecue area with table and chairs for 8 people. Sky Satellite TV. 32 inch flat screen LCD TV. CD player. DVD player.

The kitchen has a cooker, hob, fridgefreezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

The finca is set over 3 levels with a large main terrace leading down to a separate garden outside the guest house and the private 15m infinity pool is adjacent to the garden. There is a separate pool area with sun loungers.

Several of the best beaches in Ibiza (Cala Vadella and Cala d'Hort) are a 5 minute drive away, as is the local beach of Cala Moli where you can go swimming, snorkeling, scuba-diving, cycling, windsurfing.

Golf at Roca Llisa, 20 minute drive away.

International airport is a 20 minute drive away. The ports of Ibiza Town (Eivissa) and San Antonio are 20 minutes and 15 minutes by car respectively.

There is a local supermarket 500m away from the villa towards Cala Vadella. There is also another supermarket beyond Cala Codolar, 7 minutes by car from the villa and another in San Jose, 7 minutes by car
