Bophut Residence is a luxury development of 46 detached villas in a gated community situated in a wonderfully quiet and tranquil coconut jungle location slightly south of Bophut beach.

No 27 is a spacious and well-designed 3-double-bed holiday home that caters for up to six guests in total comfort. With its own private tropical garden, sun terrace, car port and 8m x 4m infinity-edge pool, our villa is the perfect base in which to enjoy serene relaxation, and from which to explore all that Samui has to offer (which is a lot).

The villa is situated close to Bophut's famous Fishermans Village, a trendy old world restaurant district that's simply the best place to dine on the island. The busy Chaweng beach road (a bit downmarket, but huge fun and not to be missed) is just 15 minutes away.

The estate is close to three large shopping centres, including Tesco Lotus, Makro and the newly opened Big C. Everything is effectively on your doorstep, yet, although being relatively close to all amenities, Bophut Residence is comfortably distanced from the buzz and can only be accessed via a paved private road (24 hour on-site security).

Entertainment, activities and amenities abound, and include: a 9-hole golf course just 10 mins drive away, fast speedboat to the full moon party island of Koh Phangan, fishing expeditions, snorkelling on empty beaches and coves, scuba diving at Koh Tao, the Ang Thong National Marine Park, crocodile farm, snake show, elephant trekking, boat hire, spa and pampering, clubs and all-night bars and wonderful cuisine at exceptionally reasonable prices.

Our management company can take care of your every need, on request: airport collection and drop-off, car and/or motorbike hire (recommended), chef, laundry, nannying ... whatever you require.

As a beach destination with beautiful food, extraordinarily friendly people and endless activities, Thailand cannot be beaten. Koh Samui is by far the best region, and Bophut is the most upmarket area of the island.

No 27 is perfect for couples, families and children (our kids love it there).
