This villa is part of an exclusive development of five villas, with the added attraction of its own private pool, while also allowing for interaction with the other like minded guests in neighbouring villas if so wished.

The villa is spacious, light and airy with an open plan kitchen, dining/living area, with a traditional Mugla wooden ceiling. The kitchen is equipped with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster.

The basement has a large TV room with 50" satellite TV, DVD and Plasma; a double bed settee for a further 2 guests and a toilet and washbasin.

First floor: Two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms.
