About our home

This 5 bedroom villa was built in 2004 in the popular area of Arabian Ranches and is situated about 500 m from the area's shopping centre.
Outdoors, the villa has a pool (not cordened off so small children may not be advised) with pool bar, jacuzzi, gazebos, billiards table, table tennis table, putting green and outdoor entertainment system, including projection TV and music.
Indoors, the villa has a built-in entertainment system, TVs in all rooms, Xbox, PS3 and Wii, two kitchens, study, WiFi throughout, pinball game.
Villa may come with car and live-in maid, depending on swapping options and circumstances.
