Country house with with tennis court and large garden. Our home is in a peaceful country location surrounded by fields.
We have a west facing patio with sofas. On the lower patio table and chairs. The tennis court is at the bottom of the garden.
We have lovely views.
There is a large kitchen with a farmhouse table, sofa, wood burner and wall mounted TV. Separate utility room.
There is a large lounge which has a reading area and doors to the conservatory.
There is a dining room with patio doors opening onto the patio.
In the entrance lobby we have a pool table.
We have table top table tennis which can fit on the dining room table or the pool table.
There are 6 bedrooms. 4 double bedrooms ( 2 of which are ensuite) and 2 singles bedrooms.
Local towns are Battle Rye and Hastings all about 10 mins drive. London is 1 hour 40 mins on the train. Brighton 1 hour on the train.
Walk across the fields to the woods.
