About our home

Rottingdean Place was a former convent built circa 1830, it was converted to luxery flats in 1984 and sits within the South Downs National Park. Situated in 20 acres of beautiful private grounds with a 24-hour access indoor heated swimming pool (15m), full sauna & small gym with running, rowing, spinning machines & cross trainer, there is also an outdoor tennis court.

The grounds are stunning with walkways through woods, alongside the downs with sea views and horses everywhere. There is even a golf tee and a 17th century cemetery.

Bus stops directly outside complex take you into beautiful & chic Brighton city centre in 20-30 mins or 1 mile walk through medieval village of Rottingdean & get bus along coast road to Brighton Pier in 10 mins.

Brighton is very well connected by train to London with fast services taking 50 mins to London Victoria and trains to London running every 10 mins during peak.

This is a truly outstanding & highly unique accommodation set in some of the most beautiful English coastal countryside, with castles & famous towns within just a few miles, 1 mile from the beach and just moments from one of the coolest & most vibrant cities in the UK.
