Our apartment is located in this lovely old house with beautiful plasterwork and traditional features yet is fully modernised The large and comfortable drawing room with its wood burning stove, ornate plasterwork and masses of books is a delightful room in which to relax
One double bedroom has its own bathroom and dressing room the other two double bedrooms are charming and there is another bathroom and cloakroom with WC There is a useful utility and drying room a great well equiped kitchen and lovely sun room /dining room completes this charming and much loved property
We overlook the communal garden with croquet lawn and also have our own garden with terrace opening out from the kitchen and sunroom
Edinburgh is an wonderful city to live in with so much history, so much to do and yet it is small enough to walk round and enjoy all it has to offer Leave the car in the driveway and spend your days exploring !
