Our lovely, spacious Georgian town house with high ceilings, large bay windows has created a light and elegant but also comfortable family home. Downstairs there are 3 reception rooms; formal dining room, large drawing room with open fire and cosy lounge with wood burner also used as a children's play room. The kitchen is currently being refurbished (photo to follow)
All four bedrooms are large (three overlooking the garden) two main bathrooms both with power showers one with roll top bath.
The private walled garden is South West facing with patio area and wooden garden furniture.
The property has all the advantages of being within 5 minutes walk of the local shops/supermarket and cafes, as well as easy access to many of the beautiful quiet beaches in the area or a 15 minute drive to the lovely rolling hills where there are many trails and you can even stop off afterwards at one of the village pubs and have a meal by the open fire or have a beer al fresco!
For those wanting more culture and entertainment then Edinburgh has it in abundance (30 minute drive). If you're a keen golfer then many links courses to choose from including the world famous Muirfield.
