About our home

Our property was originally built in 1850 as the shooting lodge of Lord Savile. It has been in the family ever since. Walshaw Lodge has spectacular views over both the Pennine moors and Hardcastle Crags - one of Yorkshire's most popular ares for walking. The house has recently been upgraded to be offered for short-term rentals, although we are also open to house swaps!
