Modern luxury 3 bed townhouse within an easy stroll of all the best bits of London - Sloane Square, Sloane Street or Kings Road shopping, Hyde Park and the Diana Memorial Playground and Fountains, the South Ken museums (Science Museum, Albert & Victoria, Natural History Museum), the Chelsea Bridge over the Thames, and 10 mins in a cab to Picadilly, Shafterbury Avenue theatres, Westminster (Houses of Parliament, Southbank, Westminster Cathedral, London Aquarium) and oh so much more.

The house is over three floors as follows:

Ground floor: Hallway, large kitchen with dining for 6 and double doors out to garden with BBQ and outdoor table/seating; garaging for one car.

First floor: Bedroom/playroom (double sofa bed, single sofa bed, huge toy cupboard - well stocked!); shower room and loo; grown-ups sitting room with TV, DVD, WiFi, and two double doors opening onto balcony with lloyd loom chairs/table for enjoying the views over the city and sipping wine.

Second floor: master bedroom with superking And So To Bed sleigh bed (Egyptian cotton bedding), and views over London skyline; ensuite wetroom shower to master bedroom. Childrens bedroom for two, with 'Thomas the Tank Engine' bed (up to age 5) and cot. Extra cot and inflatable larger size ready bed can be provided on request. Second bathroom with bath and sink for children.

The house is child-ready - highchairs, change-mats, booster seats, potties, bathmats, stairgates and a pushchair can all be waiting for you (or tidied away if your tribe are older).

Our nanny (excellent, very experienced, Australian) is happy to work with you by separate negotiation. We can also provide the names of several CRB-checked babysitters, so you can get out to enjoy the London nights.

Daily cleaner/housekeeper available by separate negotiation.

Housetrained pets welcome.

The house may be available for the Olympics fornight for the right swap!
