The 2nd floor has twin bedded room but could comfortably accommodate an extra bed if required. It has a TV and sofa and is perfectly arranged for children and or teenagers . It also has a funky ensuite shower room.

There is also a ground floor toilet and ample parking directly outside.

Backing onto the grounds of the famous Alexandra Palace which boasts fantastic views of London, an Ice skating rink, weekly farmers market and many other attractions.

The house is comfortable, uncluttered and calm. The perfect place to retreat to after a busy day in Central London, which is approx. 6 miles away and easily accessible by public transport. The M1 motorway is also in close proximity.

Both Muswell Hill and Crouch End with numerous shops, boutiques, cafes,bars and restaurants are within walking distance.
