About our home

Once the home of the 1966 England World Cup winner & legend Alan Ball, Whitecot was remodelled in 2008 into a modern individual property of immense proportions, with the addition of a seperate one bed self-contained detached cottage in the grounds.
Our home is private and surrounded by woodland in picturesque Worsley Village, yet only 12 mins from Manchesters vibrant city centre.
We tried to create a place for both big kids and little one's, with high spec open plan interiors and state-of-the art features.
The main house comprises of a large kitchen, sitting area, dining room and huge conservatory, that are all open plan and leading through to an indoor heated swimming pool, gym and changing room. A cinema room and separate office complete the ground floor.
The main house contains six double bedrooms, all with full sized en-suites. The master bedroom features a large integrated bathroom with free standing bath.
In the grounds is a one bed detached cottage with living room, kitchen and large bathroom ideal for use if 2 families travel together or for grandparents or nannies.
Externally, contemporary gardens with streamside seating and spa are found to the rear with modern gardens and seating to the front and sides. There is also a childs play area with in-ground trampoline, climbing frame and basketball court. We have tons of parking at the front plus secure parking in the gated driveway for up to five cars.
